Terms and Conditions of Return
We value your satisfaction with our products, therefore, if for any reason a product is received in a defective manner, it will be replaced at our expense with the same item. However please note that the Quality Sticker must be firmly on the product when returned. This is to prevent the returning of used pottery.
For non-defective goods, you have two weeks from the date your product leaves our store to get a valid RGA (Return Goods Authorization number) from us and get your product returned back to the warehouse. It does not have to be back at the store within 14 days, but it needs to be returned along with the record of valid RGA. Items being returned must be properly packed in their original boxes along with all included packing, parts, accessories, and instructions. The freight for non-defective items being returned will need to be paid by the customer. Refunds will be given for the price of the product less a 10% restocking fee. Refunds will not be given to any returned goods without an RGA number.
It is best to contact us in length before sending a defective item or an unwanted product.

(Not including weekends and national holidays) If questions regarding a product, please mention the model number located on each product's page. If questions regarding an order are placed, please provide your order number.
Purchasing
Please note that the Polish ceramics in our shop are the products on our shelves, due to the fact that we are welcoming many customers in our shop in Warsaw, we cannot keep track of the products in the shopping site. Therefore please select the pottery that you would want to purchase, and then email us at kimscenter@gmail.com to notify us.
If available for sale, we will make the product available for your money transaction and notify the customer within 24 hours. If not available for sale, we will again notify the customer through email.
Note, that we receive new pottery every week, and we have over 6000 pieces on our shelves - we will offer an alternative if the product that you wanted is not available.
